in climate change and the potential for significant
short-term benefits from methane reduction.
It also discusses the many low-cost opportunities
for yielding a marketable product from methane
sources and demonstrates the value of a methane reduction program such
as Methane to Markets, compared to a carbon
dioxide-only reduction program, under a variety
of scenarios.
