- Hebi Coal Mining Group plans to implement 7 surface wells in No. 6 coal mine for pre-mining extraction. At the same time, Hebi will construct a 2.5 MW CMM power plant that will utilize the extracted CMM. More power plants will be installed at a later date.

- Demonstration phase of project will install 10, 500-kW generators powered by CMM. Eventually, a total of 22, 500-kW generators will be installed once suitable funding is acquired by the Hebi Coal Industry Company.
