- 1. Prepare a data collection instrument in conjunction with M2M Program objectives. 2. Conduct data collection (primarily by telephone) of the available landfill owners so as to gain information suitable for the inventory. 3. Conduct an approximate 7-day visit to Russia with the Project Advisor to assemble the data and to conduct detailed site visits to the more promising landfill sites (up to three) so as to explore opportunities for methane recovery and utilization.
