- 1. Conduct workshops on Best Practices in LFG energy-Improving Local Government Financial Performance by Protecting the Environment. 2. Formulate best-practices framework/knowledge management for LFG energy projects to build capacity/facilitate action planning. Assess competencies and objectives of local government. 3. Conduct outreach/capacity building amongst local government associations and national representatives on financial and environmental benefits of LFG recovery and use.
