- The project is part of a wider effort to promote the use of renewable energy in rural areas, in particular biogas technology. This project supports capacity building, dissemination of information, and promotion of policies for increased utilization of renewable energy resources and technologies. This workshop will promote actions to overcome barriers and facilitate technology transfer, thus strengthening the development of biogas and other renewable energy technologies in the target countries.
