- This project aims to develop the capacity to promote and sustain the development of methane recovery systems in two rural provinces in western China. The target group for capacity building includes: farmers, central level policy makers, management of provincial and country level rural energy offices, public and private entities providing information services to farmers, engineers responsible for product development, technicians, and staff testing centers.
